Project Overview
The Common Central Secretariat (CCS) 8&9 Site Office, located opposite the Air Headquarters on Kartavya Path, New Delhi, is a fast-track turnkey interior project executed for Ahluwalia. Spread across 8,800 sq. ft., the project required meticulous planning, seamless coordination, and rapid execution to create a modern, functional workspace for one of India’s landmark government infrastructure developments.
Unlike conventional furniture installations, this assignment demanded complete interior execution within an aggressive 20-day timeline, while coordinating multiple vendors and accommodating continuous site modifications. The successful completion of this project marked a significant milestone for Rockworth as it showcased the company’s ability to deliver comprehensive workplace solutions beyond furniture.
